She can identify perimenopause from a facial before a client has named it herself. That’s not a skill you learn in a textbook. It comes from years of looking at real skin and understanding what’s going on beneath the surface.
For a long time her clients would leave an appointment and ask what to use at home. She kept not having a good enough answer. What existed was too aggressive, too complicated, or wrong for the skin she was treating. So she started making her own. Her daughters Megan and Holly joined her in the clinic. They brought their own skin, their own life stages, their own needs.
